At TRYB, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include any documentation provided during the online request process.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
